An edge of the world? We’ll have to wait and see. Yes, it’s a barrier, but of what type? All there is is a hole, and darkness. What is in the darkness?
There’s something that I always wonder about. Where do they get their food? If a population is to be fed, organic matter must be processed. If it isn’t Soylent Green (good movie), then some kind of organic material is farmed, one way or another. Are there farms out there? Are Ma and Pa Kettle running their farm, sending what they produce to The City? Questions abound.
i referenced food grown in vats at one point, but i didn’t describe it any further. i think it would have been some good world building to have gone into it more though. or at least draw them. ah well
Oh! I wabt to respond to ALL these comments!

Lol
(Haven’t thought of Ma and Pa in a decade. Lol Have you tried to find their movies? Hard to find… impossible befire streaming.)

I imagine urban farms in the sense of grow lights in a hydroponic warehouse. Not that those wouldn’t be prime targets for gang control/turf wars
