curious why this med bot also seems a bit unwieldy considering how advanced they’re supposed to be. Idk maybe the other humanoid robots made me think this should be more humanoid too but i guess if its got supplies or surgery or other medical shit encased in it then thats why its so big
Now, now…lexically, her choice was still “Please tend to Mr. Therp’s injuries.” Rather specific. …Then, afterwards, he gets to go play volleyball, take a shower, and have ice cream. Or whatever. (Heh.)
(Haven’t looked at the next page yet. Don’t believe there’ll be pizza.)
From what we’ve seen so far, I don’t think she’d even think about killing him. He is obviously no threat, not too smart or brave either, and yet may still be useful. Or at least inconsequential. Whatever they do to fix his leg, I don’t think the cost will even make a dent in todays petty cash for them.
Actually, it’s just about to buy him a nice steak dinner first. I know it doesn’t look that way, but that’s totally what it’s about to do (and, of course, I’m joking).
sorta. I thought it was an imposing sort of silhouette. that design evolved in an intersting way. I should post the sketches somewhere, cause like all artists, I assume everyone is fascinated with the ‘process’. haha

Mildly creepy doctor-bot. But probably better to deal with him than a bone sticking out of your leg at angles it shouldn’t be.
whew, so it is a med-bot. Even with the first aid symbol, was worried about interpretations for “take care of him”

Soon: “Injury removed. Where do you want the rest of this leg?”
that’s a good line. I may start ripping you guys off for dialogue soon.
This is going to hurt, isn’t it?
nah, it’ll be fine. next scene is he pizza and roller skate party!
I don’t think I’d like a walking stretcher playing “doctor” with me……….Besides they weren’t even introduced.

Is that a walking hospital bed/stretcher?

At first I took it to be a walking coffin, but yes on second look it does look more like an upright “medical bed”.
