Actually, something like that can happen with a large caliber pistol today. A .45 ACP hollowpoint could do that if it hit the joint right.
The worst wounds I’ve seen, though, were from a kitchen fork. Shoot me, stab me, but please, not the fork! Seriously, those wounds were very, very bad.
i can see it. if you actually broke the skin with a fork, it would likely be a messy, bruised wound. plus, if you stabbed someone with a fork, it’s cause nothing else was available, and you REALLY needed to stab someone. lots of anger behind a fork stab.
Grab fork, tines down. Stab down hard on somebody, i.e., with violence. Tines are pointy, and go inside the skin. Victim lurches back, while you keep a downward pressure. Skin tears away, and fork is in your hand, ready for another go.
Have another go.
The corpse I viewed initially looked to me to have died from an animal attack. Big, gross, tearing wounds. From a normal kitchen fork.
when was he incapacitated? and i didn’t mean to imply he just ‘noticed’. also, cucked? are you implying his arm’s wife is cheating on him with another arm?
I guess I’m using my words loosely…his arm was incapacitated, and I’m using the general, Australian form of Cucked. Citations can be provided if needed…
haha, don’t worry, i was just giving you the business. it’s my nature. can’t help it.
i think the word ‘cuck’ is getting traction here in north america as a slur, but i find it a bit of a weird one. i hope it doesn’t catch on. who know, maybe it’s been a common on with australia for a while. odd how every country has it’s own rich vocab of bad words. haha
Yeah, I guess I prefer ‘cucked’ to be used similarly to its original meaning but not with the same intent. ‘We’ve been cucked’ for example is good usage for being screwed over, and the fact that is sounds like two other bad words that would also fit the sentence helps (namely cocked and fucked). However simply using it as a generic verb-turned-adjective bad word and not as meaning screwed over, isn’t proper usage.
i suppose i just assume most people are using english as poorly as i am. haha. and that, also, they are using american slang, which is weird, cause i’m not even american. but i assume most of the readers are.
Smirk ain’t smilin’ under that mask!
haha, he’s likely not, no.
That’s a NASTY little heater she’s packing. Hot damn.

No offense, but can you explain that to me? I have a hard time seeing that. Forks at the very best are blunt weapons.

Ew. Well, now I can picture it. Thank you for your dark visual image. ;P You’re good at that. ;)
hey, i didn’t even mention what might happen with a dirty fork. get stabbed at thanksgiving, and you might be unwrapping an abscess for christmas!
Damn, I looked it up even though I knew better. Shouldn’t have. >_<
Why, certainly I can explain that!

yeah, i like the weapons in the comic to have a degree of viciousness to them.
Is the arm dangling there, barely attached? Torn free of the bone and muscles? :O >_<
lol. That’s exactly how it would happen in real life – You’d just be incapacitated, and suddenly notice your arm was cucked…
