I just love poetic justice. I hope that stinger was really poisonous! You know that a character is a good scumbag when I hate him by the third or fourth page.
It’s just a guess, but I think whoever made that ‘pet’ for him knew of his penchant for delayed vengeance, knew his target, knew he was finally ready, and just ‘executed’ some really poetic ‘justice’ on this guy. We’ll see. My guess? He’s already dead, he just hasn’t fallen over yet. Let’s see if he can get around to explaining who he wants dead, and whether or not she’ll agree to it after he keels over.
i’ll check it out if i get a chance. the ironic thing about working on something of your own like a comic is that you don’t alway shave the most free time to pursue other people’s work. ah well….
it’s true, i mean, if you had to work for this guy, and you got to deal with him in a way that might allow you to screw him down the line, you might make the effort.
i think it’s funny that that the scenario might make the readers day dream about what lead the characters to this point.
Nah, it makes sense to make it dangerous. If you want(need) to prove that you’re the most badass superior and most in-control ambulant wallet there is, then you don’t want something tame or fluffy as a pet. Your pet must inspire fear in your enemies! (Since, after all, you can’t.)
this guy is definitely dead isnt he
Is that “thing” a metaphor for something? I honestly wish the people could’ve stung “him” earlier.

haha, i draw upon personal experience to make characters hateable.

Have you read the Bartimaeus trilogy?
i haven’t. is it good?
I’m extremely anti-spoiler, but I will say that Spindizzy’s comment reminded me of it.
And yes, it’s really good imho. A unique approach to the mechanics of magic, for one thing, and I liked the progression of the characters.

Her. I think he wants her dead…

You had it made for your pleasure and included a stinger? Who is the dumbass here?
and i think that’s half the point. when you screw with nature, it screws back. could be an oversight, i leave that to your imagination.

Well, at least the pet had the right idea…Good,…Er,……”Kitty”???
sure, it’s probably like 30% kitty….
