I hate this. I hate this so much. This comic is so freaking good, and intriguing. And you say it gas many arcs??? I want to know what happens. How the puzzle looks all put together. The suspense will kill me!
To be fair, nearly everyone Gibson’s screwed over so far was a complete scumbag first. The one exception is Seagull but given how most of the characters in this comic behave, I think the smart money is on Seagull having had it coming as well.
As an aside, and this isn’t a criticism, I’m really starting to have trouble keeping track of names and faces. There are just so many named characters at this point. I’ve been reading this comic since it was in the single digits so a lot of these introductions happened years ago for me. Any chance you could throw together a simple cast page with name, pic (just a sample from an existing comic), and affiliation?
honestly, it’s been something I’ve been meaning to do for a while, and a fair thing to mention. thanks for reminding me. ok, check back soon, and I’ll have something ready that should organize the army of fictional people I’ve created a little better.
I hadn’t pegged him as a knight in shining armor, myself. After all, he did KO Berniece. From reading books about organized crime, this is pretty normal behavior. In an interview with mob boss Ralph Natale, killing your own guys was the only way to keep the rest of them in line.
So far, the question is, who does he actually work for?
Ego that size, I’m sure he *thinks* he’s working for himself. And with an ego that size he might have a blind spot for the fact that someone is actually playing him and letting him think that.
well, that’s just one arc, so, because of the way i laid out the story, let’s switch gears completely, focus on other things for about 6 months, and eventually circle back to that question. hm….. i think i might have made this story to ambitious…..
it’s good to ask questions. means i’m keeping you guessin. so long as you keep reading, and don’t get frustrated by now knowing. haha, what a tightrope!

sorry, this story will be years in the telling, but if you’re hooked, keep coming back. i’m committed to finishing it, and doing it right.
and thanks for the props! i’m always happy to hear i got a new reader.
