I’ve been following from very near the beginning, yes, the storyline does confuse me at times, but that also true of a number of comics I follow. My general rule is that a comic has to have either good dialogue or interesting drawing. Obviously, an interestingly illustrated comic does not need to follow any particular artistic genre. I don’t even think that an artist should necessarily always use the same motifs, etc.
well, you’ve been following from the beginning, so i haven’t lost ya yet! i know, it’s a big story, following at a page at a time is probably difficult. i imagine more people would have an easier go of it digesting it all at once. ah well, if i could draw it that fast, i would! thanks for reading!
I catch up with b&b every time I can. I appreciate the larger story arc… It’s been great so far and I trust you on the larger picture. Is Virgil good? Is he a robotic shithead? Inquiring minds want to know.
Story and art are both damn fine.
Completely grooves with my general dystopian aesthetic, I find it inspiring.
damn fine? wow, that’s a glowing recommendation! and thanks for sticking with it. it’s not the usual fare, so it’s not for the usual person, but everything will come together, and you’ll all be like….. ‘what the actual what?!’. that’s the goal.
but if virgil is your fave, you won’t be disappointed, i think.
tbh I don’t know what’s going on anymore. Who’s this? Who’s that? What is transmitting? Why does he want to track heralds? Are we still following the plot of the girl who beheaded herself with a laser or are we on a new one? I just don’t know…
yup. same plot. it’s all connected. sorry if it seems hard to follow, but i’ve been trying to tell a big story, which i suppose isn’t going to be as digestible in 1 page a week installments.
to answer your question, if it help you feel back on track, harold and thomas both work for the mother character. harold was killed. but thomas’s case now says that basically, harold is back online. why? how? mystery!
this guy was the personal servant of the awful trump-alike dude, who died when his genetically-engineered pet critter stung him. Buzzcut and the mercenary lady faked a weird sex scene to avoid being gunfucked by Trump-alike’s bodyguards, successfully escaped before their ruse was discovered, and he apparently ended up working for the rich mom of the decapitated lady. the mom has now ordered him to find her daughter.
you’re telling me! i dunno. i get the odd comment here and there (like this one). readership is in a bit of a slump. i try not to think about it. that being said, if anyone is enjoying B&B, feel free to share it around!
I have a dedicated tab on my iPad browser, just for B&B. 😊
haha, good! next step, a downloadable app that harvests your banking info!

Respectfully yours …..

hope that helps.

haha, that’s a pretty good recap. had me worried, i thought i made it too dense to follow for a moment. but, there’s a lot of characters. i get that.
Welp, I guess Alice and Thomas are gonna have a happy reunion, considering her current company.
could be interesting… i’ll certainly try!
No comments anymore … so sad …

It’s the holiday season. Don’t read into people’s absences. I’m catching up in bursts myself.
that’s true, lulls come and go. thanks for the burst visiting! that’s probably the best way to read it for most people.
