Well, I can say confidently that this page made me pause. There are a few things I do not expect to happen in this comic. Them being…
1. Instead of black and blue, the comic becomes white and pink. (Or better yet, red and green to mess with the colorblind)
2. The mother has a change of heart and generously turns Tech Tree into a nonprofit altruistic charity organization.
3. The characters decide the head isn’t worth it and move on to live blissful lives.
4. Our tough girl confronting hook robot here running around in a tutu and ballet shoes, with a glorious perm.
5. A robot wanting to become a little boy and a blue fairy coming to make that wish come true.
6. The people decide technology isn’t worth the hassle and gladly return to the Stone Age.
Our hook robot friend here becoming a guru is something I can honestly say I was not expecting. But we all know how delightfully charming he is. (Ha ha, as if) keep on with this surprises creator. ;-)
haha, happy to subvert your expectations. maybe i’ll use your list as a guide of what to do next. there’s some interesting material in there. though half of them seem to be ‘giving up on hate’ and that’s not what this comic is really all about.
Virgil got a new hook? Last time I saw it, it looked different.
Will we ever see a t-shirt with that lovely second panel on it? Please? Pretty please?
I would buy that so hard.
haha, ok, i’ll see what i can do
Thanks! I DID buy that shirt!
hah! hilarious. wear it in good health.
how did it turn out?
Maybe not a guru as such…. but certainly a politician! :)
they’re not mutually exclusive…
Point to the writer/artist!
i’ll take it! thanks!
“For too long these good people have terrorized by Dogstaff raids.” Did you mean to write “… these good people have BEEN terrorized…”?
in point of fact, i did mean that. good catch! thanks, and fixed.
